Reyna Rose is a recent graduate of MetWest High School in Oakland, where she created a year-long musical project that directly addressed different types of oppression. Through Reyna's songs, she and her band, Common Ground, are attempting to help the community become more aware of oppression and she hopes her music can change people's negative perceptions in positive ways. Reyna is currently enrolled at Evergreen State College in Washington.
